Home Performance Counts: NAR, NAHB Launch Education Initiative to Expand Knowledge of High-Performance Homes

The recently launched Home Performance Counts is expected to bring greater awareness and understanding of high-performance homes to consumers, REALTORS®, and homebuilders.

The joint education initiative between the National Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of Homebuilders creates a bridge between REALTORS® and homebuilders, helping such professionals better work together, convey a high-performance home's key benefits, including durability, comfort, health, and affordability.

NAR Sustainability Summit: This Is Not a Drill.

The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) 2020 Sustainability Summit in July had all the ingredients to make committed green real estate professionals swoon: geeky green data, research showing the inroads that sustainability is making, and case studies illustrating sustainability principles being applied in real-world situations.
