MPG Rating for Home Water Usage

The average family spends more than $1,000 annually on water costs, according to the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET). 

In fact, between 2018 and 2019, U.S. municipal water and wastewater utility bills increased by 3.6 percent, found Bluefield Research. 

So why not have a miles-per-gallon rating on home water usage?

2020 EverGreen Award Nominations Now Open
