The recently launched Home Performance Counts is expected to bring greater awareness and understanding of high-performance homes to consumers, REALTORS®, and homebuilders.

The joint education initiative between the National Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of Homebuilders creates a bridge between REALTORS® and homebuilders, helping such professionals better work together, convey a high-performance home's key benefits, including durability, comfort, health, and affordability. 

The pandemic has brought our homes’ shortcomings to the forefront, especially as people struggle to find enough space and comfort for full-time living, working, and schooling all under one roof.
