Rise & Shine. 

That’s the theme of this year’s REALTORS® Conference & Expo being held in San Diego November 12-15, 2021. 

The annual event, always compelling and a must-attend for real estate professionals, will be even more special because it’s the first time we’ll be able to network, learn, and see one another – and maybe even share a hug or two – since the start of the pandemic. 

Meet the 2021 EverGreen Award winners. 

They are Ali Al-Asady, a REALTOR®️ with HomeSmart Glendale, AZ, and Christopher Matos-Rogers, Associate Broker and REALTOR®️ with PalmerHouse Properties, Atlanta, GA. 

When Deidre "Dee" Omahen, GREEN, of KW Atlantic Partners Southside, Ponte Vedra, FL, toured a LEED-certified building in Chicago about 20 years ago, it sparked a passion for learning about green buildings and green living. 

As a GREEN Designee, you’ve received training on how to sell high-performing homes with features like solar. First, you need to discuss with the seller how the system is paid for – does the seller own it or does someone else? 

There’s a moment of satisfaction – even joy – when homeowners wrap up a home painting project.  

Then they look at the row of half-used paint cans and wonder how they’re going to toss them in an environmentally responsible way.
