Though the Phoenix metro area features a robust green community and numerous NAR Green Designees working in the market, that wasn't always the case.

lived an idyllic life in the country and enjoyed nature: the change of seasons, star gazing, and breathing clean air.

But slowly, the house gets engulfed by development and trains, pollution, and noise. It ends up abandoned, broken, and ignored.
