Josh Dickinson, GREEN, took an indirect route to the real estate industry. It included getting a degree in environmental engineering and an MBA.
 
After stints in other careers, including academic fundraising and environmental engineering jobs focused on water issues, he realized he wanted something else: autonomy, work that aligned with his values, and a career where he could make an impact on improving the environment.
