My leadership roles include serving as Past President of the Sacramento Network of Women’s Council of Realtors, holding two terms as District Vice President for Women’s Council of Realtors California, and actively participating in the Sacramento Association of Realtors (SAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR). I have contributed to numerous committees, including serving as Vice Chair, Region 3 Liaison for the Housing Affordability Fund, and Regional Representative for the Home Ownership Housing Committee, all with the goal of advancing homeownership opportunities and affordability. As an educator and mentor, I am passionate about fostering excellence and integrity within the industry. I teach California Real Estate Contracts, Forms & Disclosures and actively participate on the Sacramento Association of Realtors’ Education Committee, as well as various state and national committees, advocating for legislative, ethical, and policy advancements. Outside of my professional endeavors, I am a proud Thin Blue Line Mom of a female officer, a devoted grandmother to four grandsons, and a caretaker to three cherished pets. My expertise also extends to probate and estate planning, supported by my certification as a California Probate Specialist and my active involvement in the Sacramento Bar Association’s Real Estate and Probate & Estate Planning Divisions.
