¡Hola! My métier is helping buyers and sellers achieve their real-estate goals in the The Greater Palm Springs area- my home since 2004 and anywhere in the world! I am the only Certified International property Specialist CIPS® , GREEN designee AND At Home with Diversity AHWD® Certified with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties at the Indian Wells, CA office. I was exceedingly proud to receive this prestigious award, the 2022 REALTOR® of The Year by CDAR (California Desert Association of REALTORS®). It recognizes those who have served extensively the real estate profession and their communities. At CDAR I serve as Board Director and multiple committees. I am also Board Director for the State Board CAR (California Association of REALTORS®), Regional Representative for the Global Real Estate Forum and Environmental and Land Use committee and member other committees. Born and raised in Argentina, I speak Spanish, English and Portuguese, and I'm proficient in Italian and French. I'm constantly studying the Real Estate Market but in my spare time I sing in the church choir, hike, volunteer, practice yoga, play tennis and take full advantage of the desert's social amenities.
