Lucinda Otto

Lucinda is an experienced realtor with a special focus on green living and sustainability. She holds a Green Designation from the National Association of Realtors and is in the process of slowly upgrading her own 97 year old home with the goal of achieving green certification by her (the house, not Lucinda's) 100th Birthday. Lucinda is a seventh-generation Californian and Bay Area native. Before working in real estate she was an actor, teacher and playwright. She holds a Master's degree from Stanford University, a California teaching credential, and was a faculty member at San Francisco State. She's smart, energetic, solutions-oriented and great at working side by side in collaboration with her clients to achieve their real estate goals. Clients appreciate her strong communication and advocacy skills, creative approach and ability to keep their needs at the forefront of the transaction.
