Joan Bornstein, GREEN, SFR, Realtor and Broker has earned a reputation among clients and professionals in the Real Estate Community as an honest, straight forward professional. Joan started her career in Real Estate at Intero RE in Saratoga, CA in 2004 and currently is an independent Broker -Joan Bornstein Real Estate Services. In addition to Real Estate, Joan's previous business associations include Xerox, State Farm Insurance, UB Networks, and NEC Corporation. Her expertise in Marketing, Corporate Planning, and Finance have earned Joan a reputation as a flexible professional and excellent negotiator. A "transplant" from the Bay Area she brings a long history of GREEN involvement with her to her home in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. Joan served on the OCAR Green Committee from 2010 - 2013.
