Timothy Tom

Tim Tom directs the property management activities of Guggenheim Realty Group, Inc. He manages a portfolio of properties consisting of medical, professional office, industrial parks, biotech/R&D, and retail centers in Northern California. His responsibilities include planning, budgeting, marketing, renovation, fiscal operations and contracting. He places an emphasis on development and retention through providing superior communication, service and building lasting relationships. Prior to joining the Guggenheim Group, he worked in the nonprofit sector as a Development Director. In the local community, he served as a Housing and Community Development Commissioner for the City of San Jose and is involved in local politics and government. Tim is a NAR Green Designee, has a CAR Property Management Certification, and is a Military Relocation Professional.
