Izumi Tanaka, GREEN, LEED Green Associate, is passionate about green homes and works to raise awareness among clients about the value and benefits of living in healthy, efficient properties. 

And as a certified probate specialist, Tanaka, a REALTOR® with eXp Realty of California Inc., in San Ramon, CA, guides individuals and families through the maze of the probate process. Her 10-plus years working as an architectural photographer has made her appreciate good design, and she uses the skills to help clients prepare their homes for sale.

2020 EverGreen Award: Jeannette Moore

For Jeannette Moore, there are things more important to her than racking up listings and pocketing commissions. She recently switched her business to focus solely on high-performance homes. 

That's not an easy thing, given that in her market green and energy-efficient concepts aren't significant drivers of home sales and the fact that she's only one of two NAR Green Designees in her market.
