After building a passive solar home in Vermont in the 1980s and experiencing its advantages, Kristin Triolo, GREEN, CLHMS, CIPS, CRS, GRI, SRES®, SRS, RSPS, Smart Home, became an advocate for green building. She has continued promoting the benefits of green living and sustainability as a Broker Associate with RE/MAX Platinum Realty, a brokerage serving Florida’s Gulf Coast.
