This spring, the Portland, Maine company invited Craig Foley, GREEN, LEED Green Associate, and LAER Realty Partners' Associate Broker and Chief Sustainability Officer in Melrose, MA, to teach an in-person NAR Green Course. 

Here’s something that may surprise you: according to the 2022 James Hardie Homeowner Survey on home improvement spend during COVID, Millennials outspent Gen X and Boomers by 4x. Millennials invested about $40K in their homes compared to a respective $10K and $11K by other generations.
